§ 152.111. CLASSIFICATION OF PROTECTED WATERS.

  • Classification of rivers, watercourses. Those portions of the Minnesota River and the South Fork of the Crow River lying within Carver County are classified as “agricultural;” all other protected watercourses and public ditches identified as “protected waters” on the Protected Waters Map are hereby classified “tributary.”
