§ 152.128. CONNECTION TO PUBLIC WATER.

Excavations of shorelands where the intended purpose is to create a connection to a public water shall require the issuance of a conditional use permit. Granting of the permit shall be contingent upon approval of the project by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
